Pho NB App

UI/UX design

Users ordering from local restaurant apps often experience friction due to cluttered menus, unclear navigation, and inefficient checkout flows—leading to slower ordering and potential drop-off.
Created a mobile app experience for a Vietnamese restaurant as part of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, focusing on simplifying the food ordering journey. Using a user-centered design approach, I conducted research, developed personas, and mapped user flows to identify key friction points in the experience.
The project emphasizes UX process and structure, resulting in low-fidelity wireframes and an interactive prototype that outlines a clear, intuitive path from menu exploration to checkout. High-fidelity UI exploration is a planned next step. This work highlights my ability to translate user insights into structured design solutions and build cohesive digital experiences grounded in UX best practices.
